IN 1963 Mama Rosina and her husband Saverio left a mountain top village in Calabria, Italy to sail to the new world bringing with them very little money and a hope for a better life. The treasures they brought wtih them were the love for family, fine wines, and outstanding food. You and your family can enjoy these traditional recipes in Bound Brook NJ.
