The building and design has potential, if the owner and staff had better customer service skills. They give the impression we are lucky to be in their establishment. I have been there about 5 times and each time there was some sort of conflict occurring between the customers and staff. I myself had 2 issues ,the last being accused of not paying our bill. The cash payment and 20% tip was on the table in the case provided when we were issued the check. Before shouting across the restaurant for us as we headed to the door they showed have check the table where all payment is left. It was embarrassing and insulting. When I went back to advise we paid and said do I appear as if I don't pay my bills. The reply was you never know it takes all types. On that note we will never return. I'm sure once a new owners takes over the property it will be very successful.
