Mass Invasion of Metuchen by Hoardes of Zombies.
Basically, we want to encourage everyone in Metuchen - especially teenagers - to dress as Zombies just before Halloween this year, and at some point stumble along Main Street gathering victims as they go. Gather at the Colonial Cemetery at 5pm. More info to come as plans decay.


P.S. Zombies and their victims are encouraged to bring a canned good for the food bank. drop boxes will be provided.

"Envision this... hoardes of Zombies stumbling and groaning as they drag their way along Main Street in Metuchen... what caused this sudden influx of undead? what are their intentions (other than eating brains)? Perhaps a book on anatomy from The Raconteur? A slice of Medulla Oblongata from Antonio's? Gut-flavored Guiness from Hailey's Harp? Or did they just mistake the "Brainy Borough" for a "Brainy Buffet"?

Plans continue to develop (or decay) for the first Zombie Walk, but as of now we will depart from the Old Colonial Cemetery at 5pm on Sunday, October 30 and slog our way up Main Street to terminate at the Old Franklin School. Undead and their victims are encouraged (but not required) to bring canned good for the Food Bank."
