The Spice Melange is closed as of May 31, 2011 - The Red Monk Asian Bisto will open in its place this summer.

Spice Melange, as the name reads, personifies a bouquet of ingredients that would appease the mind, the eyes and the palate. With this as keynote, we have thoughtfully created a boutique courtyard which transports you across the globe and into a setting - midst of a stunning citadel surrounded by various enchanting natural elements.

This scene, befitting the best of Mughlai Durbars, is complete only with delectable cuisine from the Moghul Dynasty. The food with all its richness and flavor, is a traditional blend of spices, tastefully handled by our chef, to produce the most exquisite dishes to suite your palate.
