  Tonight's visit to Carrabbas was a delicious experience. Robbie was our waiter, and when I asked about caramel vodka, he recommended the sweat tea vodka with peach schnaps. It was refreshing and served in a large full size glass. I had the pollo rosa, it was stuffed with cheese and grilled to perfection and topped with mushrooms. My companion had the champagne chicken with crabmeat. Both entree's were delicious. Jim Gearhart from New Jersey 101.5 always raves about Carrabas, now I know why, when we told Robbie that he told us that Jim actually eats at the East Brunswick restaurant!
