Benihana Edison is one of the only three Benihana locations in New Jersey, and the first franchise in the Northeast USA. Designed by New Yorks Alexandra Champalimaud & Associates, our 9,100 square-foot restaurant features 22 Hibachi tables where guests are served by master teppan chefs, preparing and presenting a dining experience in the Benihana Eatertainment style, using only the finest and freshest ingredients.
