Fiamma is a new Southern Italian Restaurant in Middlesex County at the Northern part of the Jersey Shore. Located on Route 35 North, Fiama is convenient to Woodbridge, Sayreville, Perth Amboy, Old Bridge and most of Central Jersey.

Our proprietor Antonio Bruno and Executive Chef Massimo D'Amico met at the Instituto Albeghera di Palermo many years ago and have been providing a unique blend of hospitality that pleases all the senses. We will have a wood fire, brick oven to create some of the most delectable pizzas that you have ever experienced. We will also have a great selection of fresh and tasty pastas made the authentic southern Italian way.

  Very nice restaurant. I went tonight with my brother, the staff was very nice and the food was delicious! There was a DJ and around 8:45, the restaurant area transformed into a lounge with couches surrounding the dance floor. The DJ started playing more upbeat music. My waiter was Michael & he was awesome! He explained the specials & I enjoyed my meal for only $1!! can't get any cheaper than that! Definitely a place I would go to again.
