This was the first time I left a restaurant ANGRY! Over-priced inedible food. The child's mac and cheese was actually penne with cheese sauce served in the dish it was baked in, too hot to put before an adult and it was placed in front of my toddler. Thebuns on my sliders were so stale I couldn't easily bite through them and had to send them back. As we finished the meal a crew of three employees began to remove the awning above the table we were still seated at with two children. As they precariously balanced on a ladder over our heads screws and debris fell on our table. When I complained to the person directing them (I assume it was an owner or manager as he was barking orders) his response was smug and unapologetic. VISIT THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Stopped for dinner at Meeting Point on6/30/11. Relatively uninspired and disappointing. Food: Rolls/bread came without either butter or oil until they were asked for. Bread was bland. Brushetta (their spelling) was on soft tasteless bread. Salad: Lots and lots of iceberg lettuce and little else. Main dishes: Chicken Sorrentino was nicely prepared and presented. Accompanying vegetables of steamed sliced carrots and zucchini were unseasoned (and the outside tables were not stocked with salt or pepper. Roasted potatoes were moderately tough. Half Roasted chicken was nicely presented but its skin was tough suggesting it had been prepared hours before and then reheated. Meeting Point does not yet have a liquor license though that wasn't an issue for us. Overall, I don't think Meeting Point is quite ready for prime time.

Great food. Family friendly environment. Lots of different choices. Friendly, staff who are very attentive of guests. Looking forward to dining there again. Heard they are going to soon have Dinner Theater and other live entertainment!

I think they're confused about what kind of restaurant they're trying to be. They're advertising themselves as an Italian/American restaurant, but the owners are all Turkish, and the food is very Turkish. The salad bar is all hummus, tahini, etc. The space is much too big for them. Most of the restaurant was dark, and we had to walk through a huge dark room to get to the salad bar, which didn't have any plates. There were baby toys in the lobby and pictures fitting of a nursery on the lobby walls but the prices and menu indicate an upscale European cafe. I ordered a veggie burger but was served sliced vegetables on a bun. I told the waiter that wasn't what I ordered and he replied that everyone loves it. I finished with a cappuccino, but it really was just coffee with milk. They really need to pick a lane and stick with it if they have any chance of lasting.
