I have dined at Steakhouse 85 several times and never been disappointed. Last night's dinner continued their winning streak. We didn't make reservations thinking that it wouldn't be crowded--boy were we wrong. Despite our lack of forethought, we treated graciously and told they would find us a table but we found seats at the bar and were happy to dine there. I debated whether to have the Delmonico which I have enjoyed in the past, but decided to try something new and decided on the short rib risotto with spinach as a side dish.Chef Brian Karluk's creamy risotto was just cheesy enough and the shortribs, served off the bone, were melt-in-your-mouth tender. My dining companion had the whole jumbo prawns with drawn truffle butter and the Yukon gold mashed potatoes which vanished from his plate before I was half way through my entree. Dinner was a winner and I look forward to my next visit.
