We use only real charcoal briquettes in preparing its entrees. In this respect it is the ONLY Restaurant in South Plainfield that prepares its food in this traditional, natural way.
All of the entrees are prepared with a natural flame source rather than the gas flame or electric grill utilized in other restaurants. It is this natural wood charcoal flame coupled with special seasonings that gives the food its unique, natural flavor.
