Raisin� Dough CSB & CSD

Based on the model of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), our Community Supported Bakery (CSB) and Dinners (CSD) aim to create a more direct relationship between our Culinary School students and community supporters.  A subscription to our CSB and/or CSD provides you with a weekly share of breads and baked goods or dinners, which can be picked up at our 211 Livingston Ave. Culinary School in New Brunswick, or Better World Café in Highland Park.

The style of bread we bake and treats we make are rooted in classic artisan and culinary traditions.  The dinners we prepare feature locally sourced, sustainably produced ingredients and a globally inspired menu.  Students in the Promise Culinary School Culinary Arts program and Baking and Pastry program, learn the skills of the trade and share the fruits of their learning with you.  And you support their dream of a new career in the culinary field.  Simply put, your subscription to our CSB and CSD helps us to provide training and job experience that will help students gain a new start in lifeâ�¦and you get great food, bread and the finest baked goods!
