Middlesex County welcomes another Chipotle Mexican Restaurant near the Red Lobster on the corner of Stelton Road & Hadley Road. The Chipotle will probably open during the spring of 2012, and is located near the Staples and Party City at 7000 Hadley Road, South Plainfield, near Piscataway, just off Route 287 at exit 5; county route 531.
