If you have driven down Central Ave in Metuchen recently, you may have noticed a new restaurant being constructed next to the Wine Chateau. The Lola Latin Bistro is moving to its new location, a larger restaurant with outdoor, al fresco dining. I'm not sure when it will open, but I am guessing by the middle of September. Lola Latin Bistro is a BYOB, which is great with a World Class Liquor store as its neighbor. LLB will continue to serve the same delicious Cuban food that has made it famous.
