Friends, We are very excited to announce our first annual CanalFest to be held on Saturday, October 15th right here in East Millstone, NJ. ... Our planning committee is a partnership of community members, businesses and organizations. We are organizing an exciting family-friendly afternoon that celebrates the Millstone Valley and area community and its rich history. There will be food, arts & crafts, live music, and opportunities to learn more about the history of the area. Please hold the date!!! Thank you! Proceeds will benefit the Franklin Township Food Bank. Rain date is scheduled to be Sunday, October 16, 2011. Community Sound is donating sound equipment and staffing for the event. Special thanks to owner, Wil Barker! and the music line-up is looking great!
