Here's a little bit about the history of Dolls Place:

Dolls Place was established in 1933 by William "Doll" Heffernan. The original location was at 27 French St in New Brunswick, just on the other side of the tracks from our present location. It was at the old French St building that...Coming Soon.

Dolls Place is located at 101 Paterson Street in the heart of New Brunswick, NJ. We offer lunch, dinner, and late night dining with an eclectic menu featuring Italian, Southwestern, New Orleans, and Asian dishes in a casual and friendly atmosphere. All food is prepared in house including fresh baked breads and homemade desserts. Upstairs Dining Room for private parties.

Sunday: CLOSED (open for special events and football season)

  The Doll's Place was a pleasant surprise nestled on a quiet street in New Brunswick. The restaurant boasts an extensive menu of both dinner items and "bar" food. Beth, our server was friendly and very attentive. She brought the food in a timely manner and didn't let our drinks run dry! The Chicken Gumbo was awesome, and the fish and chips lite & flaky. This one is a keeper!

  Doll's Place boasts a very extensive menu, including the "Specials"! Food was great and delivered promptly. The bartender, however, is not a pleasant woman. Would go more often if it weren't for how rudely she treated the clientele/staff.
